Unilever U.S. Voluntarily Recalls Select Knorr Sopa Soup Mix Products
due to Potential Undeclared Egg Allergen
Thank you for visiting the Knorr voluntary recall site for Knorr Sopa Soup Mix products. The products are being recalled because they may contain egg, which is not listed as an ingredient on their labels. Persons who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The following Knorr products are subject to recall:

The recalled products were distributed nationwide. No other Unilever or Knorr products are affected by this recall. To date, the company has not received any reports of consumer complaints or allergic reactions associated with these products. Anyone concerned about an allergic reaction should contact a healthcare provider.
To determine if your product is affected by our voluntary recall, and to request a reimbursement, click the 'Get Started' button at the bottom of this page. You will be required to provide one photo that includes every impacted product that you have. The photo should be of the back of the package and should clearly show the UPC barcode and Best If Used By Date for each product. Once your submission has been verified, you will receive a reimbursement check that covers the suggested retail price for all of the impacted products that you have.
